What is a tracked prompt?
It is an active question in your monitoring setup. It uses one credit while active under your subscription. Collection follows your plan's platforms, countries and schedule without using a new credit for each answer.
What happens when I archive a prompt?
Collection for that prompt stops and the credit returns to your available allowance. Previously collected answers remain in your history.
Can I track multiple brands in one account?
Yes. Each brand has its own project, and your account's prompt allowance is shared across projects. Project counts and other limits depend on your chosen plan.
What happens if I cancel?
The account becomes read-only for historical dashboards. New prompt activations, project creation and access through programmatic integrations are no longer available.
When will I see the first data?
The first answers are collected during initial setup based on your domain. Then review suggested prompts and competitors to define your ongoing monitoring. Your history grows as new collections run.
